The Cyber Crime Investigation Unit of the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department discovers a video on the website “YOURTUBE.” In this video, a man obscured by a newspaper issues a warning about an impending arson attack at a food processing facility. Soon, additional crime alerts surface, detailing violent offenses. Geitsu is the leader of the group “Shinbunshi,” responsible for uploading these videos. Previously, he was a temporary worker at an IT firm but was unjustly let go. Afterward, he takes on manual labor jobs and encounters the other members of “Shinbunshi.”
