Xtinction: Predator X

After her father mysteriously disappears, Laura LeCrois, a divorcee, is compelled to return to her hometown after being away for two decades. However, the place she once knew has changed dramatically. Her father is heavily indebted to the bank, her former boyfriend is now the town’s sheriff, and her ex-husband has left his prestigious position as a professor to suspiciously purchase swampland in the vicinity. To help preserve the swamp and occupy her time, Laura decides to revive the struggling family business by offering boat tours of the Louisiana swamp. During her inaugural sunset tour, deep within the swamp, Laura and her passengers witness two Bayou swamp rats disposing of a writhing body into a pit meant for alligators. But it’s not the gators that devour the body; instead, it’s the most horrifying creature Laura has ever encountered.
