Without Evidence

The film is inspired by the real-life events surrounding Michael Francke, who served as the Director of Corrections in Oregon until his untimely death. Prior to being murdered, Francke confides in his brother about a drug operation linked to his coworkers in the prison system. Following Michael’s death, his brother embarks on a personal quest to uncover the truth, unraveling a web of deception and falsehoods.
