What We Wanted

“What We Wanted,” directed by Ulrike Kofler, follows a couple, Alice and Niklas, who are struggling with the emotional fallout of their unsuccessful attempts to have a child. As they embark on a holiday to Sardinia in hopes of finding solace, they encounter a seemingly perfect family next door, which forces them to confront their own relationship and desires.
