A real estate mogul plans to transform an Australian beach into a luxury high-rise resort. To assess the situation, he dispatches his son to Australia under the guise of an exchange lifeguard. While there, the son becomes romantically involved with a woman who owns the crucial land for his father’s project and begins to empathize with the community.
