In Rome, two Swedish entrepreneurs are abducted by the Mafia and taken to Sicily. The Swedish Government dispatches Carl Hamilton to Sicily with the mission of negotiating their freedom. During this mission, Hamilton’s colleague and closest friend, Lundwall, is killed by the Mafia. This tragedy pulls Hamilton into a fierce and ruthless feud with the Mafia leader, Don Tommaso.
