Unlawful Justice

A financially strapped officer from the LAPD is driven to fulfill an unofficial arrest target in hopes of securing a promotion. This ambition sets him on a dangerous path with a teenager from the inner city, who is equally determined to break free from the grips of poverty, no matter the cost.
