Trancers (1985)

In “Trancers” (1985), directed by Charles Band, a hard-boiled detective named Jack Deth is sent back in time from a dystopian future to 1985 Los Angeles to hunt down his nemesis, Whistler, who has the ability to turn people into mindless zombie-like creatures called Trancers.
