The Wishing Well

Mark Jansen, a widower, manages the local newspaper in his Midwest hometown, facing financial difficulties. His daughter, determined to bring joy back into his life, visits the town’s renowned wishing well and wishes for his happiness. Soon after, a sophisticated woman named Cynthia Tamerline arrives in town. Guided by Mark’s daughter, Cynthia visits the well and makes her own wish. The next morning, she awakens to find herself in an alternate universe, an experience that profoundly transforms her.
