The Suicide Theory

Steven Ray was never considered ordinary. However, after a tragic hit-and-run accident at a city crosswalk, his erratic and violent tendencies spiral out of control. One evening, while planning his next murder, Steven encounters Percival, whose failed suicide attempt disrupts Steven’s plans. This unexpected meeting draws them into each other’s lonely and sorrowful worlds. Percival, convinced he’s cursed due to surviving multiple suicide attempts, believes fate has brought him and Steven together. He hires Steven to help him end his life. Although Steven dismisses the idea of fate and sees Percival as desperate and delusional, he agrees to the job for easy money. Yet, as Percival continues to survive each attempt, Steven begins to reconsider his beliefs. Together, they explore ways to break the curse, and in doing so, they develop an unexpected friendship, united by their shared experiences of tragedy.
