The Sound of Silence

In “The Sound of Silence,” directed by Michael Tyburski, a self-taught “house tuner” in New York City, Peter Lucian, believes that the ambient sounds in people’s homes can be adjusted to improve their emotional well-being. As he works to perfect his craft, he encounters a client whose problem challenges his theories, leading him to question the limits of his own understanding and the nature of human connection.
