The Son of Raw’s the Roman

Set in 400 AD in what is now Western Europe, the story follows a Roman soldier who, after an unprovoked skirmish with local Germanic tribes, is left injured and seeks sanctuary in a sprawling forest to heal his severe wounds. Within this woodland refuge, he is granted another day of life by the Gods and encounters an Egyptian slave who has fled his own encampment. The two men face trials and tribulations from each other, the forces of nature, and their own deep-seated primal instincts. With Death looming over the Roman like a shadow, the journey ahead will test both men.
