The Rite

In “The Rite,” directed by Mikael Håfström, a skeptical seminary student named Michael Kovak is sent to study exorcism at the Vatican, where he encounters Father Lucas, an unorthodox priest who introduces him to the darker side of faith. As Michael grapples with his beliefs, he is drawn into a harrowing battle against demonic forces that challenge his understanding of good and evil.
