The Protector
Billy Wong, a police officer in New York City, witnesses the murder of his partner during a heist. Teaming up with his new partner, Danny Garoni, they are assigned to provide security at a fashion event when Laura Shapiro, the daughter of a wealthy man, is abducted. Federal agents believe Laura’s father may have ties to Mr. Ko, a notorious drug lord in Hong Kong. Consequently, the NYC police commissioner dispatches Billy and Danny to Hong Kong to delve into the case.
