The Perfect Weapon

In a future not too far away, a totalitarian regime led by “The Director” (Seagal) exerts complete control over society. Those who oppose the state face severe punishment, often at the hands of covert government assassins. The most skilled of these operatives is known as “Condor” (Messner), a top-tier agent and executioner for the regime. However, during his latest mission, “Condor” fails to eliminate a leader of the opposition, forcing him to flee from the very agency he serves. This failure triggers a series of unexpected events that impact everyone involved.
