The Majestic

“The Majestic,” directed by Frank Darabont, follows the story of a blacklisted Hollywood screenwriter, Peter Appleton, who loses his memory in a car accident and is mistaken for a missing war hero in a small town. As he becomes involved in the community and helps restore the town’s old movie theater, Peter begins to rediscover his identity and values amidst the backdrop of 1950s America.
