Kenneth Bianchi works as a security guard but faces constant setbacks in his dream of joining the police force. He relocates to California to stay with his cousin Angelo and starts dating numerous women, developing an obsession with sex. The cousins eventually decide to launch an escort service. However, after brutally murdering a sex worker they believed had double-crossed them, Kenneth and Angelo embark on a crime spree that captures widespread media attention.
