In the early 1990s, Herb Baumeister, a businessman and family man from the area, purchased the property on contract. Although he was never formally charged, he was the main suspect in the disappearance of several people from the Midwest over a span of twenty years. Over six months, six teams specializing in paranormal investigations, including psychics, a demonologist, and experts in EVP and visual phenomena, explored an 18-acre estate in Westfield, Indiana, called Fox Hollow Farm.
