A brother and sister duo, skilled in the art of Ninjutsu, seek vengeance for their sister’s murder by targeting drug traffickers in New Orleans. To crack the case, the police recruit a biker with warrior skills. Meanwhile, the drug kingpin escalates the conflict by enlisting Cajun fighters to eliminate those he suspects are behind the demise of his associates.
