A close-knit group of friends finds themselves on a dangerous collision with fate when they encounter Alexander Tatum, a mercenary surgeon. Tatum is a skilled hunter, having once been the hunted himself, and has now become the predator. The friends soon discover that Alexander is merely the start of their troubles. They become entangled in a desperate struggle for survival against a sociopathic businessman and his malevolent team, who are relentless in their pursuit to succeed in the illegal trade of body parts.
