State of Grace

In “State of Grace,” directed by Phil Joanou, an undercover cop named Terry Noonan returns to his old neighborhood in New York City’s Hell’s Kitchen to infiltrate the Irish mob led by his childhood friend, Jackie Flannery. As Terry becomes deeply entangled in the criminal underworld, he struggles with his loyalties and the moral complexities of his mission.
