Unfortunate Herbert… it would have been better if the brain tumor had taken his life… This delightful dark comedy, with a retro feel, follows a wife and son who indulge themselves while their stingy husband and father is bedridden in the hospital, with a brain tumor seemingly about to claim his life. The merriment takes an unexpected turn when he makes a miraculous recovery on the 4th of July.
