Sound of Violence

In “Sound of Violence,” directed by Alex Noyer, a young woman named Alexis recovers her hearing during the brutal murder of her family and discovers a synesthetic connection between sound and violence. As she grows older, she becomes obsessed with creating music through increasingly dangerous and violent means, blurring the lines between art and madness.
