Soul Snatcher

The historical fantasy film centers on the story of a destitute scholar and a fox spirit seeking a magical elixir. Chen Linong portrays the naive Wang Zijin, a scholar journeying to Beijing who unexpectedly forms a quick friendship with Li Xian’s character, the fox demon Bai Shisan. Unaware of Bai Shisan’s true intentions, Wang Zijin doesn’t realize that the cunning fox demon intends to use him to obtain the magic pill that grants immortality.
