Shingekijouban Inisharu D: Legend 2: Tousou

The upcoming film trilogy revisits the origins of Shuuichi Shigeno’s classic car-racing manga. It follows high schooler Takumi Fujiwara, who spends his days working at a gas station and his nights delivering tofu for his father’s shop. Unbeknownst to him, his exceptional driving abilities and his father’s customized Toyota Sprinter AE86 Trueno have made him the top amateur road racer on the Mt. Akina highway. As a result, racing teams from across Gunma prefecture challenge Takumi to test whether he truly possesses the skills to become a road racing legend.
