Sheng zhe wei wang

For Sheng Ruxi, a woman in her thirties whose last name subtly hints at the term “sheng nu” (referring to unmarried women past the traditional marrying age), the search for an ideal partner becomes increasingly hopeless with each passing day. Her mother, who is extremely worried and would be devastated if Ruxi remained single, adds to the pressure by setting her up with a doctor who only irritates her further. However, there might be a glimmer of hope in her charming new coworker, the 25-year-old Ma Sai.
