Sgt. Bilko

In “Sgt. Bilko,” directed by Jonathan Lynn, the story follows the mischievous and charismatic Master Sergeant Ernest G. Bilko, who runs a variety of get-rich-quick schemes out of the motor pool at Fort Baxter.
