Scott McCall, a teenager residing in Beacon Hills, experiences a major upheaval in his life after a werewolf bite transforms him into one. He is now faced with the challenge of managing his new supernatural identity alongside his regular teenage responsibilities. Key figures in his journey include Stiles, his loyal best friend; Allison, the girl he loves who belongs to a family of werewolf hunters; and Derek, an enigmatic werewolf with a troubled history.
