School of Rock

A disciplined group of prep school students—Zack, Lawrence, Freddy, Summer, and Tomika—are encouraged to step out of their comfort zones and aim higher by their substitute teacher, Dewey Finn. Dewey, a struggling musician, employs the power of rock ‘n’ roll to motivate his students to create a clandestine band. Over the course of the school year, these middle-schoolers explore new relationships, uncover hidden talents, and learn valuable lessons about loyalty and friendship.
