Growing up with a police officer father, Shawn Spencer honed his observational skills, though it also left him with a lingering resentment towards his dad. As an adult, Shawn’s knack for noticing details often helps the police, but it also results in him being wrongly accused of a crime he actually cracked. To clear his name, Shawn must maintain the facade of having psychic abilities to solve crimes, involving his best friend, his father, and the police in his elaborate charade.
