“Outsourced” is a U.S. sitcom that takes place in a call center located in Mumbai, India. The show follows an American company specializing in novelty items that has moved its order processing operations overseas. An American manager is tasked with running the call center, where he faces the challenge of introducing his team to American pop culture while simultaneously learning about Indian traditions and customs.
