Iron Man: Armored Adventures
“Iron Man: Armored Adventures” is a 3D CGI animated series inspired by the Marvel Comics character Iron Man. It premiered in the United States on Nicktoons on April 24, 2009, and has also started broadcasting on Canada’s Teletoon. The show was featured on Nickelodeon from July 4, 2009, to September 12, 2009. Christopher Yost, known for his work on “Wolverine and the X-Men” and other Marvel Animation projects, serves as the story editor and showrunner. This series is distinct from the 2007 animated movie “The Invincible Iron Man,” featuring a different voice cast, though it shares some narrative elements and occasionally uses the same musical score. It marks the first Iron Man TV series since the 1994–1996 version, launching after the success of the live-action Iron Man film.
The storyline centers on the exploits of teenage genius Tony Stark and his superhero persona, Iron Man. As Iron Man, Tony employs his technological creations to combat various high-tech adversaries. He is supported by his friends, James “Rhodey” Rhodes and Pepper Potts, as they join him on his daring and perilous missions.
