Damien Trench, a high-strung culinary author, resides in Queen’s Park with his partner, Anthony. The series centers on Damien’s experiences both inside and outside the kitchen, capturing every moment, whether it’s grim or gritty, as he works on his new book—a journal of his life and cooking practices titled “In and Out of the Kitchen.”

Each episode spans a few days in the lives of Damien and Anthony, along with their seemingly omnipresent builders, Mr. Mullaney and Steven, and Damien’s formidable agent, Iain.
