Grounded for Life

Fresh out of high school, Sean Finnerty faced an unexpected turn when his girlfriend Claudia became pregnant. Now married, Sean finds himself at 32 juggling the responsibilities of a 14-year-old daughter, Lily, and two young sons. He constantly battles between fulfilling his duties and yearning for a carefree life. His critical father, Walt, and carefree brother, Eddie, offer little support. Whenever the family gathers, conversations quickly become lively and chaotic. Sean’s attempts to share stories are met with interruptions, debates, and diversions, as his family members eagerly jump in to defend their own perspectives, embodying the dynamics of a typical family.
