In this story, we follow the journey of Philip J. Fry, a pizza delivery boy from New York City in the late 20th century. After accidentally being cryogenically frozen for a millennium, he awakens in the retro-futuristic 31st century and secures a job at Planet Express, a company specializing in interplanetary deliveries.
