Dance Academy

At Sydney’s prestigious National Dance Academy, a select group of gifted young individuals are chosen for a grueling program. The story centers on Tara Webster, a girl from a sheep farm with dreams of becoming a top ballerina. Samuel ‘Sammy,’ the heir to a long line of Jewish doctors, and Christian, a minor juvenile delinquent, are initially outsiders but gradually find their place, forming new friendships. Kat, the daughter of a star ballerina, introduces them to her older brother Ethan, who is in his final year and aims to become a choreographer. Meanwhile, Abigail, an ambitious and cunning girl, is willing to do whatever it takes to achieve her dreams, even if it means undermining others.
