Running for Grace

Set in 1920s Hawaii, “Running for Grace” follows a young orphan boy of mixed race who finds purpose and belonging through his talent for running, as he delivers medicine to the island’s sugar plantation workers. Amidst societal tensions and personal challenges, he navigates love and identity, forming a bond with the daughter of a plantation doctor.
