In a village located on the border between the Czech Republic and Germany, a romance unfolds between TOMMY, a 19-year-old from a less privileged background, and JULIA, an 18-year-old from an affluent family. When Julia unexpectedly becomes pregnant, the couple decides to defy their parents’ wishes and plan a future together with their child. Financial struggles loom large for Tommy, who is training to be a baker. He is presented with a dangerous opportunity to smuggle drugs, which challenges the strength of their young relationship.
