Rabbit Seasoning

In this animated short, a series of signs declare it to be rabbit season, enticing hunters with the promise of fun. Bugs Bunny and Daffy Duck engage in their usual debate over which of them is actually “in season,” with Daffy insisting it’s duck season from the start. Meanwhile, the confused Elmer Fudd struggles to determine who is being truthful. Through clever wordplay and disguising himself in women’s attire, reminiscent of Lana Turner’s style, Bugs skillfully avoids harm. In contrast, Daffy repeatedly ends up with his beak comically blown off in various directions by Elmer.
