The Organization, a mysterious and clandestine group headed by the enigmatic “Mr. Smith,” operates independently to combat threats to the United States, whether they originate from within or outside the country. This is done in defiance of the Federal Government and its agencies, which are actively trying to locate and dismantle the group.
