The President of the United States, Jonathan Caine, is on the verge of endorsing a long-anticipated treaty aimed at prohibiting chemical weapons. While many have been looking forward to this move, it doesn’t please everyone. Out of nowhere, a mysterious terrorist group emerges with the intent to derail the treaty. To send a strong message, they execute a bold attack by kidnapping Caine’s chief aide and obliterating Air Force One, the President’s official aircraft.
