In “Peace, Love, and Misunderstanding,” a conservative New York lawyer named Diane takes her two teenage children to visit her estranged, free-spirited mother, Grace, in Woodstock after her marriage falls apart. The film explores the generational and ideological clashes between Diane and Grace, as well as the healing and growth that occur amidst the vibrant backdrop of a bohemian lifestyle.
