Pale Blue Balloons

Dave, a corrupt police officer battling a severe heroin addiction, is entangled in a case involving the mafia. In his role, he has eliminated several drug dealers and even undercover cops for the criminal organization, yet his earnings are withheld over minor issues. As his addiction spirals out of control and he becomes more entrenched in a life of violence, Dave flees the city to seek refuge with an old friend. However, his escape is short-lived, as he is soon drawn back into a perilous conflict to reclaim the money owed to him by those who betrayed him.
