On the Corner of Ego and Desire

Three inept indie filmmakers embark on a journey to the Sundance Film Festival, enduring a nightmarish ordeal as they desperately seek out the elusive producer rumored to purchase their independent movie, all within a single day. Among them is a producer who financed the project by dipping into his mother’s retirement savings, a director who fancies herself the next Francois Truffaut, and an actor/editor who lets everyone walk all over him. This ragtag group of misfit filmmakers faces immense challenges as they attempt to navigate the frenzied environment of the Sundance Film Festival. Their ignorance, folly, and above all, their egos, drive them towards self-destruction as they grapple with their aspirations of cinematic success.
