On Fallen Wings

Xiaodie Shang, a dancer, choreographed a piece called “Butterfly” in honor of her lover who left her five years prior. The performance was well-received, earning her an invitation from an international cultural fund to Budapest for a choreography casting. Among the dancers, Xiaodie sees the most potential in Lu Bai, despite her lack of confidence. Lu Bai confides in Xiaodie that she hopes to use the butterfly cemetery to locate her missing sister. Meanwhile, Xiaodie discovers that Qiushui Zhuang, the heir to the fund, is her former lover from five years ago. As events unfold, including the poisoning of dancer You Song, the fall of Qiao Tian, Lu Bai’s disappearance, and threats against Xiaodie herself, all clues seem to lead back to the enigmatic butterfly cemetery.
