No Beast So Fierce

After spending two decades behind bars, former convict Charlie Sundstrom (played by Bailey Chase) returns to his hometown only to discover that his estranged son has vanished into the criminal underworld and is being pursued by a merciless gang leader. To aid in his search, Charlie teams up with a maverick corrections officer (portrayed by Dylan Baker), who carries his own tragic history. Their tumultuous paths soon intersect, leading to a transformative and climactic confrontation. In the vein of films such as ‘Se7en’, ‘The Usual Suspects’, and ‘Angel Heart’, ‘No Beast So Fierce’ derives much of its impact and significance from its startling conclusion.
