Nightmare Tenant

After her daughter Lacey leaves for a top-tier university, Carol faces an empty home and opts to rent out Lacey’s room. Nikki, a student from a nearby college, responds to the advertisement, and it seems like an ideal arrangement. However, Carol is unaware that Nikki was once Lacey’s competitor in high school and harbors resentment, believing Carol manipulated circumstances to secure Lacey’s spot at a superior institution. Nikki is now determined to seek retribution for the opportunities she believes were unjustly taken from her. The film features performances by Lauralee Bell and Virginia Tucker.
