Rusty Nail returns to the highways, determined to deliver his own brand of justice wherever he sees fit. This time, his targets are a group of impulsive street racers heading to the Road Rally 1000. Taking a deserted shortcut to the race, they cross paths with Rusty, leading to a tense confrontation. Rusty then relentlessly pursues, taunts, and torments them until their journey reaches its conclusion.
