DCP Rakesh Azad, known as Raj, is an unbeatable police officer with exceptional marksmanship. He successfully captures a terrorist named Khan, who ends up in a prison cell more luxurious than Buckingham Palace. This achievement earns Raj a promotion, and he receives praise from his father-in-law, a senior police official. Unexpectedly, Raj discovers that several officers are eager to see Khan released. When he brings this concern to his father-in-law, he is shocked to find no support. This leads to conflicts and arguments, culminating in the murder of his father-in-law. The police suspect Raj of the crime and move to arrest him, forcing him to flee, while Khan is on the verge of being set free to pursue his own agenda.
