Attorney Lea Jung has successfully defended a high-profile case. Her client, Nick Storm, faced rape charges but was found not guilty after Lea demonstrated that the accuser, Yvonne Schubert, lacked credibility. Following the verdict, Nick starts to pursue Lea romantically. Although she is hesitant, she finds herself intrigued by him, as he is quite charming. Meanwhile, Yvonne Schubert seeks out Lea, fervently maintaining her claims and blaming Lea for destroying her life. She warns Lea not to repeat her own error of getting involved with Nick.
